Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5+ years in operations leadership within semiconductor, industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA regulations, and MFPA compliance
- Strong knowledge in RCA tools and structured problem-solving techniques
- Experience managing large budgets and vendor contracts
