The Field Service Technician role involves performing routine installations and maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and working with internal and external teams.
Requirements
- Technical School or Military Certification preferred
- 1-2 years of knowledge of electrical diagnostic instruments and shop/hand tools
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints and diagnose/troubleshoot electromechanical devices
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player
- Flexible and willing to work a compressed work week
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to work with heights (Ladder, Scissor lift, Etc.)
- Working knowledge of Digital Voltmeter and Oscilloscope functionality. PC skills (MS Office, Excel, Windows)
