Job Description
Manage full spectrum of HR functions; talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare, performance management, general HR administration, and more. Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers, involved in monthly payroll processes and WICA administration, and responsible for arranging external training programs and application of training grants.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above in Human Resources or any related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in construction sector preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge of MOM regulations and HR practices
- Good communicator, meticulous with strong organizational skills
