Job Description
This position involves day-to-day HR operations, providing administrative support to management, and is responsible for tasks such as onboarding, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and knowledge of INFO-TECH systems is a plus.
