Provide a warm and genuine greeting to each guest, answer telephones, take reservations and messages, follow lost and found procedures, and perform coat check duties.
Requirements
- Have availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Follow all systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Be committed to teamwork and have a pleasant attitude
- Be proficient in the use of the reservation application system and headset radio
- Practice proper safety guidelines at all times
