Host

The Host provides a welcoming and helpful experience for guests by greeting them, taking reservations, handling phone and message duties, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. They must also uphold company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• Availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays
• Follow all systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Provide genuine hospitality to all guests
• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training course(s)
• Be committed to teamwork and a pleasant attitude
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Proficiency in the reservation application system
• Be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally
