Prep Cook

We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our team. The Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of food items and ingredients, following recipes and portioning controls, and maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Prep Cook
• Ability to read and comprehend English
• Manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
