Job Description
The Commercial Installation Lead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment. They will mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner. The role involves installing commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications, designing, fabricating, and installing various ducts and duct fittings as required, communicating professionally with customers and team, and documenting tasks accurately and on a timely basis.
Requirements
- Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and or HVACR equipment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
- Valid Driver's License and Driving Record that aligns with our safety standards
- Contractor, journeyman, and or HVAC certification would-be a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead and or work within a team
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and Plumbing background is a plus
