Job Description
We are seeking a Master Service Technician to join our team at Whaley Foodservice. As a Master Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing customer equipment, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with customers.
Requirements
- Adhere to all SAFETY policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment
- Utilize tablet to document task (parts order, work order, timesheet) on a timely basis
- Communicate professionally with customer regarding required repairs and status
- Maintain service vehicle, tools and uniforms
- Participate as scheduled for weekend/holiday on-call rotation and work regular overtime as needed
