Requirements

• Lead and scale critical growth initiatives such as onboarding flows, referral systems, sharing, promotion, rewards hub
• Develop innovative systems and features for our iOS mobile app using Swift and drive architectural decisions
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies
• Work across product, marketing, and data science to identify high-leverage growth opportunities and rapidly iterate on experiments
