Job Description
Whatnot is looking for a Workforce Manager to lead capacity planning, scheduling, and reporting for its Trust & Risk organization. The role involves forecasting contact volume, determining headcount requirements, and working cross-functionally with product teams.
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience
- 4+ years of experience in Workforce Management
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably a startup
- Proven experience working within Zendesk and other Customer Support systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
