Job Description
Join the Future of Commerce with Whatnot! As a People Operations Partner, you will own and improve onboarding operations, coordinate in-person orientation, lead cross-functional People Ops work, and maintain People data accuracy. This role requires a fast-growing environment, comfort with Workday, and experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in People Ops, HR operations, or a similar role
- Workday power user
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Culture Amp, Navan, and Slab or Notion
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and thoughtful communication across teams
- Ownership and follow-through
- Deep understanding of the product
