Product Manager, Payments

Join the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe as a remote Product Manager, Payments. Lead the strategy and execution of the core payments platform and experiences that underpin the Whatnot marketplace, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform investments. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver capabilities that unlock growth while maintaining strong financial controls and managing risk.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with significant focus on payments products and platforms
• Proven experience owning high-volume, mission-critical payments systems at marketplace, fintech or platform companies
• Strong product leadership, including setting strategy, influencing cross-functional partners, and driving complex initiatives
• Deep understanding of financial data, reconciliation, and reporting, particularly supporting Finance, Accounting, and month-end close processes
• Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, making sound decisions with imperfect information
• Proven track record using data and experimentation to inform product decisions
• Strong product discovery and execution skills, translating multi-stakeholder problems into clear requirements and simple, intuitive experiences
