Recruiter, Early Talent (University + New Grad)

Join Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, as a Recruiter on the Early Talent team. Partner with teams to build recruitment processes, develop the brand, and cultivate relationships with early talent. You'll support end-to-end recruitment activities, iterate on candidate feedback, and build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience with full cycle early career recruiting in high-growth startups
• Experience hiring Early Talent across technical roles
• Experience recruiting in different global markets
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Data-literate and ability to track metrics
• Champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
