Job Description
Whatnot is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to partner with leaders across global Operations and G&A orgs to drive people strategy, org design, and key talent decisions. The role involves coaching leaders, advising on employee relations, driving people processes, and leading change management across reorgs and evolving business priorities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience supporting Operations teams in a remote or distributed environment
- Strong partnership mindset and ability to build trust across leaders, managers, and employees
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a track record of being proactive, action-oriented, and iterative
