Trust & Safety Agent, 2026 New Grad

Whatnot is the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, and we're looking for a Trust & Safety Agent to maintain the safety and integrity of our platform.

Requirements

• Reviewing potentially suspicious behavior on a daily basis
• Conducting in-depth transaction-level reviews
• Identifying trends to present opportunities for stronger results and mitigation
• Communicating with customers in response to inquiries related to trust and risk
• Investigating Trust & Risk cases with medium complexity and high sensitivity
• Working with other departments to research and resolve open questions
