Job Description
The Donor Services Specialist supports donor giving and relationship management by assisting with donor data processing, communication, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Process and record all incoming funds, including donations and receivables, ensuring each item is properly documented and accounted for.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor, event participant, volunteer, vendor, and prospect records in the database, adhering to IRS and Wheeler Mission standards.
- Create accurate and timely donor communications, ensuring all correspondence is properly documented.
