Summer Youth Assistant

The Summer Youth Assistant will assist in a therapeutic classroom environment, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children in the elementary or middle school age groups. Responsibilities include implementing developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and Christ-centered approaches, and ensuring the program meets the needs of the children in a Christ-centered, strengths-focused, and trauma-informed manner.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working with young children
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift a 10-30-pound child and perform physical demands of the job
