Job Description
The Bilingual Outpatient Integrated Health Care Clinician provides clinical and case management services for children and adults across the lifespan in an integrated health care setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related license eligible field or a doctoral degree in Psychology
- Licensure Requirements for Clinical Positions: Must be licensed or license eligible LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency
- Familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) settings
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and external providers
