The Integrated Health Care Clinician provides clinical and case management services for children and adults across the lifespan in an integrated health care setting. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to meet the behavioral, primary, and dental health needs of clients.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related license eligible field or a doctoral degree in Psychology is required.
- Licensure Requirements for Clinical Positions: Must be licensed or license eligible LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist.
