The Integrated Health Care Clinician provides clinical and case management services for children and adults across the lifespan in an integrated health care setting. The position will support and facilitate the Adult Outpatient Substance Abuse IOP program.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Doctoral degree in Psychology
- Licensure Requirements for Clinical Positions: Connecticut LMSW, LMFTA, LPCA, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist license
- Experience with Substance Use Disorders preferred
