Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Designer on digital user-facing products
• High visual craft with attention to polish and detail
• Experience crafting well-balanced interactions that make interfaces feel natural
• Ability to design complex features while maintaining consistency across the product
• Technical confidence: able to understand engineering constraints and design within them
• Proactive in defining and prioritising UX issues: able to collect and assess relevant data, and move things forward
• Highly communicative and self-organised: able to clearly articulate design rationale and prioritise feedback to iterate rapidly
