Tech Lead Manager

Wheely is looking for a skilled Technical Lead Manager to join one of our dynamic technical teams. Responsibilities include managing a team of ~10 developers, architecting M- and L-sized features, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing scalable and reliable backend services
• Proficiency with Go/Ruby/Python/C++/Java/Kotlin languages
• In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging systems like PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis/Kafka/RabbitMQ, etc.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
