Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting and finance functions, providing timely and accurate financial reporting and profitability management.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting
• CPA designation
• 5+ years of experience in accounting with demonstrated increased responsibility
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Knowledge of balance sheets and income statements
• Experience working with accounting software and ERP systems to optimize processes
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to multitask
• Team player with a 'no task is too small' attitude
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
• Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions
• High degree of initiative, self-motivation and ability to motivate others
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues
• Comfortable with office pets (cats, dogs)
