Founding Growth Associate

Jia is an AI-powered hiring platform that enables recruiters to interview, assess, and hire candidates faster through conversational AI, analytics, and automation. We are looking for our first founding growth hires to help scale Jia across the Philippines and beyond.

Requirements

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients
• Lead or support client presentations, product demos, and partnership discussions
• Maintain and update the CRM pipeline to ensure consistent follow-ups and accurate tracking of opportunities
• Collect client feedback and insights to refine Jia's go-to-market strategy and product positioning
• Collaborate with the CEO in preparing and refining pitch decks for investors, government partners, and accelerators
• Assist in creating business cases, investor updates, and presentation materials that effectively communicate Jia's vision and performance
• Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen Jia's storytelling and differentiation
• Support the execution of growth experiments and performance tracking
• Collaborate with marketing to co-develop campaigns and content for lead generation and brand visibility
• Contribute to key product and business initiatives by providing data-driven insights and creative input
