Job Description
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing user interface and user experience designs for our software products, working closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with responsive design and mobile app design
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
