Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and SOPs
• Basic math skills, including the ability to perform offsets and simple calculations
• Familiarity with standard measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle parts and tools with care
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs as needed
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Adherence to safety guidelines and company procedures
