White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand looking for a Lead Designer and Trend Forecaster to join their growing team. The role involves delivering trend-led, commercially successful collections, leading seasonal trend forecasting, and mentoring the design team.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in fashion design
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• 4-6 years’ experience in fashion design within a fast-paced fashion environment
• Strong understanding of global fashion markets and cultural trends
• Ability to interpret creative inspiration into commercially relevant direction
• Experience leading a design team, managing timelines and workload distribution
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, garment construction and fit
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across multiple timelines
• Commercially minded while maintaining creative integrity
• Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
