Requirements

• Assist residents to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration
• Document services performed
• Observe and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
