Requirements
- WI Department of Health Food Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Proper sanitary practices

- Menu planning
- Communication skills with residents, visitors, and the State of Wisconsin Survey Team
- Emergency procedures for flood, fire, power outage, and tornado
