White Pine Senior Living is seeking a RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead our care staff and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Requirements

• Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
• Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
• Follow up to physician’s orders
• Provide on-going training to staff
• Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
• Ensure survey readiness at all times
• Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
• Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
