Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary care to ambulatory patients through regular health assessments and the management of acute and chronic conditions. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position within the Houston, TX, West Houston Community Medical Center.
Requirements
- Assess patient condition and orders diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe and recommend treatments.
- Counsel patients about health and medication.
- Maintain patient records.
