Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Content Creator who can create engaging stories, script and guide a team to produce content, and bring ideas to life with creativity and purpose. The role is remote with occasional on-ground creative direction sessions in Cairo.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in content creation or creative strategy
- Strong portfolio showing understanding of short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Great storytelling skills: pacing, hooks, and flow matter
- Solid writing skills (scripts, captions, blog concepts), mastering them in both Arabic and English
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide others
