Internal Sales and Marketing Support role at a speciality chemicals distributor. The role involves working as the information hub of the Industrial Chemicals Division, providing sales support, co-ordinating enquiries, and implementing marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Chemistry or Materials Science graduate
• Friendly, efficient customer service attitude & phone manner
• Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• The ability to listen and interpret customer needs
• Forward-thinking & proactive attitude to problem solving
• Technical experience of working within the Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers (CASE), Homecare Industrial & Institutional (HC, I&I), or plastics markets (preferred)
• Sales and commercial experience (preferred)
