Job Description
Whiteline Group is seeking a Mass Recruitment Manager to lead nationwide hiring, plan smart recruitment moves, and build a top-tier recruitment team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in mass recruitment
- Experience leading a recruitment team of 5 or more people
- Great at building talent networks and finding people fast
- Strategic thinking and strong data analysis skills
- Confident working with managers and directors
- A good sense of the job market and what candidates are looking for
- Know how to use social media and digital marketing for recruitment
