Job Description
Director of Real Estate Acquisitions responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing real estate acquisitions that support the company’s long-term expansion strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in retail commercial real estate acquisitions, development, or investment
- Proven track record of sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing retail or commercial real estate transactions
- Strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with acquisition underwriting tools
- 2+ years of experience managing a team
- Deep understanding of zoning, entitlements, site planning, and due diligence processes
- Sale Leaseback and Real Estate Financing experience a plus
