Whitley Penn is looking for a Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team, managing client accounts, ensuring timely collections, and resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced professional environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related financial role
- Prior experience in an accounting firm or professional services environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of efficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent analytical and research skills
