Whitley Penn is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join their team. The role supports the delivery of best-in-class event and content experiences for the firm's audiences. The Events Coordinator will assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of events, and provide support for the events and sponsorships function of marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3+ years of event planning and management experience
- Experience with Cvent or other event management platforms
- Experience working with HubSpot or other marketing automation system
- Experience in creating and editing social media graphics
- Project coordination experience
