Whitley Penn is looking for a Tax Manager to join their team, responsible for the efficient, accurate, complete, and timely preparation of client assignments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Public Accounting experience
- Active CPA license
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and positive attitude
- Extensive knowledge of Internal Revenue Code and other tax laws, regulations, and guidance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to assess, analyze and manage risk using appropriate frameworks, professional judgment, and skepticism
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to lead and work respectfully and productively with diverse individuals
