Whitley Penn Summer Leadership Program

The Whitley Penn Summer Leadership Program is a two-day program for college students interested in accounting. Participants will learn about the firm's culture, service lines, and develop their leadership skills.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a 3.4 GPA and above
• Candidate must be pursuing a degree in Accounting
• Candidate must be a freshman or sophomore accounting major, on track to be CPA-eligible by 2029 or 2030
• Candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and not require current or future sponsorship
• Candidate must possess good communication skills and professional presence
• Candidate must exhibit a high level of dedication with a positive attitude
• Candidate must be a team player who takes initiative and is willing to learn
• Complete a phone screen interview with our recruiting team
