We are looking for a Territory Account Manager to join our outside-sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer needs and buying behaviors, skilled in relationship building, and able to sell complex solutions in a consultative manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in outside sales or account management, with a focus on customer buyers
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
• Experience in automotive industry preferred
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
