Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, or a similar role
- Strong intuition for customer behavior and lifecycle dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to design and interpret experiments and translate results into business decisions
- Proven track record of influencing strategy through data and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Experience with tools like Snowflake, dbt, or similar data environments
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
