At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in scaling high-performing technical teams and help build a bar-raising, mission-driven team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a strong preference for in-house experience at high-growth or startup companies
- Proven success hiring for a range of technical functions (e.g., software engineering, data science, product management, AI)
- Strong sourcing abilities and comfort using a variety of platforms and tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks
