Job Description
Whop is looking for a Developer Experience Engineer to work on projects that impact the velocity of the engineering team. The role involves building tooling, speeding up CICD systems, and improving development processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a software development role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with imperfect information
- Curiosity and drive to continuously seek ways to make the product better
- Ability to ship fast, reliable software with a high attention to detail
- Experience with databases, backend systems, and automation tooling
