Strategic Finance Lead

We're looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to partner with our executive team as we scale. This role owns the financial model, drives critical business decisions, and helps shape the company's direction. It's a high-impact, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, venture capital, or strategic finance at a high-growth tech company
• Exceptionally strong financial modeling skills — you can build a 3-statement model, LBO, or cohort analysis from scratch
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven storytelling
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; you don't need a playbook to get started
• Experience with marketplace or SaaS business models is a strong plus
• Collaborative by nature — you build trust across functions and communicate with directness and clarity
• Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build systems and processes where none exist
