Wider Circle is looking for a Certified Community Health Worker in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to lead the Connect For Life program, connecting neighbors for better health and empowering them to live longer, healthier lives.
Requirements
- Certified as a Community Health Worker in Pennsylvania
- 3+ years in community outreach, teaching, or facilitation
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Associate's degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered instead of a degree
