Job Description
Wider Circle is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to join their team and play a vital role in running Connect for Life, a program that connects neighbors for better health. The successful candidate will establish trust with members, skillfully switch between group and one-on-one interactions, and utilize various means to connect and engage with members.
Requirements
- Lead the Connect For Life program
- Strategically plan and host virtual and in-person events
- Proactively contact members to ensure participation in Chapter events
- Record member interactions and track attendance
- Identify natural leaders within the community and invite them to serve as Wider Circle Ambassadors
- Connect with potential members and develop personalized plans to enroll them in the Connect For Life program
- Serve as a liaison connecting members to their health plans and to each other
