Requirements

• Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Maintain accuracy in documentation of vehicle information
• Communicate and document appointments with customers and/or contract tow vendors
• Ensure compliance with organizational, state, and federal vehicle purchasing policies, procedures, and regulations
