Requirements
- Ability to manage inventory efficiently and effectively
- Ability to develop unique ideas to improve the process and organization of merchandise
- Ability to consistently audit inventory with our state of the art software
- Ability to learn and comprehend inventory system and locate merchandise
- Ability to move vehicles and merchandise without damaging vehicles, merchandise, people or property
- Ability to cut or remove body and mechanical parts without damage to part, self or others
- Knowledge of the Automotive Recycling Association's (ARA) part system
- Ability to read and comprehend work order or sales invoice
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift certification or ability to learn
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
- A full set of standard and metric hand tools
