Reliability Technician I

Wilcox + Flegel is looking for a Reliability Services Technician I to join their dedicated team. The role involves providing exceptional service to customers, developing and growing professionally in a role focused on lubricant equipment and technical skills, and working in a team environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of or interest in lubrication science, and applications
• Agile, flexible, and resilient
• Works independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to resolve customer issues and concerns independently when appropriate

• Strong collaboration skills and team player
• Excellent customer service with external and internal customers
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Must be highly organized
• Able to assess competing demands and determine the appropriate direction
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of working with heavy or industrial equipment and/or lube related products
• Background in petroleum or relevant industry
• Experience in industrial maintenance
• MLA, MLT preferred (or able to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Unencumbered driver's license and current auto insurance
